All games within the App:
depend primarily on player skill (e.g., memory, timing, precision, coordination, logic, strategy, reflexes)
do not involve gambling, betting, or wagering
determine outcomes by performance, score, ranking, or completion metrics
Any random elements (e.g., shuffling, procedural generation, object positioning) are ancillary and do not determine competition outcomes.

No digital system can guarantee absolute immunity from attacks; Skill Arena applies reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect competitive integrity.
Users are responsible for the security and activity of their accounts and for providing accurate information.
All App content (code, design, graphics, trademarks) is owned by MARS 1982 LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Publisher is not liable for service interruptions, third-party failures, or indirect damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
